Thunderbolts And Lightning And A Deluge

We were woken at 4am by a huge blast of thunder and even Jake who is mostly deaf heard it and barked! The rain that followed was so heavy it almost drowned out the thunder!

This continuous thundering and rain continued until about 8am and there was considerable flooding. As you can see the coots nest has been totally destroyed by the heavy rain and the rising water!

She was off to the right swimming around and around in circles, I felt very sad for her and hope its possible for her to start all over again!
