Sizzling

I heard a rumour that today was the hottest day on record in Brussels for this time of year. I'm not entirely sure how hot it was but someone mentioned 34+
Our cross country runners worked their socks off during a hill session this evening; I was very impressed.

Other news: my physio gave me the go ahead to do a 10 minute run today after 10 weeks of no running. It was slow and I was still in a bit of discomfort but it felt great to be running again!
