Memento

This is one memento amongst numerous that are around our place, being a collector of memorabilia that I can never quite throw out, knick knacks Glyn calls them.
This is an Azalea bush that was given to us around six years ago now by some good friends of ours who moved to Adelaide some years ago now but they always look us up when they come over to visit their son from time to time.
Unusual for an Azalea to last longer than four years but if in the right conditions, soil, temps, wind free etc. they can just keep blooming, each Spring this bush is just full of Azalea buds and looks stunning, always it reminds us of Meg & Ray, two lovely friends.
