This shot is where I almost left my camera on a bench. Seriously.

Thankfully I wanted to take this shot and realised that my camera wasn't in the bag. I ran back to where I was sitting and there it was sitting on the bench...

I had a great day on the island of Brac about an hour away from Split but it was so hot that I was exhausted by the time we got back into town. That's probably why I left the camera. SJ said "north" and I had to agree - 40 degrees is just brain melting.

The night train we'd booked to Zagreb was cancelled - a train wreck earlier on in the day had put the kybosh on that - they put us on a bus instead.
