Now you see him: now you don't...

On a grey and blustery day with rain just about to fall I took the coward's way out and decided to photograph the birds who were braving the elements to use the birdfeeder. I can do this from the kitchen witothaving to venture out.

The bird feeders were swinging about and the fir tree which a lot of the birds use as a perch was waving its branches wildly. However, I did manage to get a few shots which weren't affected by motion blur. I picked one of a goldfinch as my bip and then decided perhaps it would be good to include some movement and added the image of the bird flying off.
