Better Now ?

Digital cameras, iPhone, using the camera every day, post processing, all this left me wondering how my photographs of years ago compared to what I take today.

So this is a photo from the right date but actually taken in 2008 rather than 2013.

Looking back I see the same subjects recurring but the more recent photographs technically better and more pleasingly composed, (well at least I hope so).

My 'archives" contain a lot of nearly shots and just missed opportunities.

This shot has been processed using one of my favorite tools, Silver Efex, a great bit of software for making B&W images.
