Honey Hotbed

The Helsinki Botanical Gardens today. I'm sorry I didn't look up the name of this plant. It might be a species of lily or wild garlic. It sure drew winged creatures in droves. One always marvels at the designs of nature.

In early teens I collected almost three hundred wild plants and could tell the Latin names on all of them.

Funny that the plant words have later come up useful. After all they're Greek or Latin,
useful languages to know if you're keen on etymology, like yours truly.
