Today At the Spine Place

Here is a blip of my spine getting multiple injections of cortisone along the vertebrae where most of the pain generates.
i hope this will help to drive back the back pain so I can finishing painting my deck, washing the tall outdoor windows, generally walk and stand for longer periods of time.
I think the needles are visible.
Then my friend and I went t lunch at a favourite diner followed bt excellent shopping!
