Strange neighbours

I am sure many blips ago Joe (hallowed be his name) said that he thought that his neighbours were mad axe murderers.

I think they have moved in to my street. The folk across the road seem very strange *.


* it's the odd way they shut their curtains at night that's made me suspicious
