Swim

Smooth swim today, a first for me in the shape of the ladies ponds in Hampstead. It was busy, a mixture of students and ladies that lunch. Just before we went in a friend text me to say someone I worked with a long time ago had been killed on her bike in London. I hadn't seem her for five or six years, but it's still a shock, and incredibly sad.
In the evening met Ellie for a drink, fingers crossed her job interview goes her way!
