The Last cut is the sweetest!

Above Harry the bosses son carries on the tradition of throwing his hat in the air upon completion of harvest at Groves farm ( or due to development, perhaps Little Grange farm these days! ) Technically there is some straw still out in the fields but the corn is safely gathered in, in the nick of time if the forecast is right. Also strange that despite the late drilling and the cold start to the year, I noted yesterdays one year ago I was relieved to get started on cutting the first of the wheat crop! We have had a good run this year, lets hope it carries in to drilling ! or am I being greedy ? ;¬}
