What a Whopper!

Went and picked a couple of courgettes tonight; this is the slightly bigger one, tipping the scales at 6 kilos! I don't have a big enough pot to hold that thing chopped up, so the smaller one is now simmering away in vinegar and well on it's way to a spicy chutney end. I might need to put up another shelf in the cupboard though to hold all the jars!
