I listened to 2 "In our time" podcasts.

First one was about quantum and classic physics. Not any clearer.
Second one was about Human evolution. Very interesting. There is a gene , found in many species, that in humans, might indicate our abilty for language. Steve Jones said , 2 years ago when the podcast came from, that there were people tweaking that gene in mice. Watch out twitter.
