Today's the day ....................... to say goodbye

It was my Mum's funeral today.

As funerals go, I think it would be fair to say that this one was not a desperately sad one. It was more a celebration of a long and happy life and a time for personal memories of the ways that she had touched everyone who was there. But for the family, things will just not be quite the same again - and we will miss her.

Caroline, as ever, had her own very special (and classy) way to pay tribute to her Grandma - just as she had with her Papa not much more than a year ago .................
