Sunflower Meadow

Yet again we went to Parc Slip Nature Reserve. We decided to have a light lunch which consisted of corned beef pie, with a salad and tomato chutney . It was delicious. The corned beef pie is made in a farmhouse just up the road. We enjoyed the chutney so much we purchased a jar to bring home. It's called Welsh Ale Chutney and is handmade in small batches. It was expensive but will be enjoyed.
Last time we visited, we were informed that there was a field of Sunflowers, which was only a short walk away. We went today as the weather was perfect and the Sunflowers won't be around for much longer. It was lovely. A good day out.
