Run away!

Spotted this hare in his/her usual spot on a wee hilly bit of the field in front of the house. Did some commando style sneaking (followed by an amused Guinness!) and got close enough for some nice shots. Quite liked this one after I was spotted.

Guinness has just reappeared as I typed the above with a huge clump of grass in his mouth and dumped it on the kitchen floor. On closer inspection.... it contained a wee mouse. Limp and lifeless unfortunately. Guess my commando moves gave him some inspiration! He is off out in the garden playing with it now.

Also a wee thanks for all the stars for yesterdays wee fluff balls. All perched on the fence again this afternoon. All managed to retreat to the nest last night... phew! Good luck wee cuties.
