Gad Zukes!!

Loki (and Corra ... sort of) showing you some scale when it comes to these monster zucchini we got from our CSA last Thursday. The bigger one was 6.5 lbs and the 'smaller' one weighed in at 5lbs! The summer squash was still impressive at almost 3lbs ... I made tons of spicy zucchini soup ... but that only used up the 6.5 lb zuke! Now I need to come up with some other recipes since there is only so much soup a girl can eat ;)

Oh, and did I mention ... we'll be getting more on Friday *faints away*

(P.S. - Please note Corra is hiding behind Loki since the monster zukes scared her ... she refused to get any closer lest they attack her. Dogs!)
