"A bird sitting on a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking, because its trust is not on the branch but on its own wings. Always believe in yourself."

Every time a see a kookaburra sitting upon this shrivelled up palm seed branch it reminds me of this quote, as I'm sure that one day the pod branch will break away from the palm tree under the weight of these large birds.

Imagine my surprise when I saw not just one kookaburra today, but two, sharing the same perch of the crusty old branch. And it's still attached to the tree...amazing!

It is indeed heartwarming to know that these two kookaburras believe in themselves. :)
