In other news, M and I went for a run this morning and I did the first 10k since I knackered my knee at the start of May and then had the operation a month ago.

It was a little bit sore this afternoon but not too bad at all. Which was nice.

Read an Inspector Montalbano book on the beach whilst drinking hot chocolate. Not as good as being at work, obviously, but not too bad.
