Distance

I haven't been to the gym.
Just work and a brief trip to Asda.
Covered 4.34 miles, 9000 steps, 11 flights of stairs and 1800 calories.
Just from work and shopping.
Tomorrow I am teaching my first 3 science lessons of the year. Took all day for me to get my head back into it. Then a few hours getting results analysis done. Then an hour researching Guru Nanak ready for my first RE lesson of the year on Thursday.
Not bad for an ICT teacher.
Haha.
