Sophisticake!

Was thinking how the style of cake I have baked each year for Emily's birthday has changed. I've made hedgehogs, a princess, cakes the shape of her age, stripey cakes and heart shape cakes, but this one just looked a bit more grown up! This is the kind of cake you make for an 11 year old!
Think we have a very happy sleeping 11 year old now after a day out with the grandparents followed by her birthday treat making chocolate lollies and eating pizza with her friends!
