rip off!!

so this is the problem with my feet... plantar fasciitis! what the blazes???? is the sciatica not enough??? so I go and buy these relievers for a princely sum of £11.99..... yes £11.99!!! and they have the same effect as a bottle top!! bloody useless!! and then I find out you can buy those blooming things on Amazon for a fiver!! gutted... just gutted.. my poor foot feels like a nail is stuck in me heel... like I said... gutted :'(
