Well another day nearly done. Quite busy at work, I've been good on the food front, not much exercise though.

No booze either so that's cool too. One or two empties for the bottle bank pictured.

Just finished FaceTiming with my daughter who lives in California, we had a nice chat and being able to see her is good.. Technology is good in this instants.
