Chickens again, they really are very lovely; now they're out and about every day by the house, they keep us good company.
Off to the shops with Mattie this morning to stock up his pencil case and load up the new school bag. Last day of the holidays today so Ross took him fishing and taught him to cast- and on the first good throw he caught something. Perfect.
