Chicken Of The Woods

I spotted this bracket fungus, during my MTB tour in the area of Hilversum, here in the Netherlands.
It is the Laetiporus sulphureus. It is a saprophyte and causes brown cubical rot in the heartwood of trees on which it grows. Unlike many bracket fungi, it is edible when young and tastes a bit like chicken, hence its name.
