Hot Day

It was blisteringly hot in Aberdeenshire today. We had a funeral to attend at 2pm. It was very hot at the graveside, which is unusual, I've only been to funerals when its freezing and raining or even snowing before. After the tea and sandwiches at the local hotel we headed back to the family home for the evening. On the short journey I took a few pictures of the lovely cloudy sky, and caught the sun doing an impression of that horrendous wind turbine which is trying to hide behind the trees!
Good to catch up with friends at this sad time. RIP Allan.
