Holiday Cottages

Well the best laid plans............the weather forecast offered the opportunity for clear skies and in an area designated for dark skies I was hoping for a star shot.

Perhaps I should have got a shot in the camera earlier, but it wasn't the easiest of days travelling with the M5 closed southbound requiring a 30 mile detour and then bad congestion around Taunton causing us to have to back track and rejoin the M5 to get off a couple of junctions further on.

Our self catering cottage is on a converted farm set out in a courtyard style with small cobbled lanes. In lieu of my star shot this is the view from our front door.
