Mr hazelh's new bike

When my friend Nadine recently moved house she found a decrepit racing bike in the shed. Mr hazelh saved it from disposal at the dump, gave it some TLC, and is now happily riding it around town.

Exercise today - still ill, so worked at home and took no exercise.
