O felicem diem

Oh, happy day!

I popped out for a pint of milk and wondered if there was anything on the Shore that I hadn't blipped. I found this; apparently there used to be more of an inscription saying "Here Our Most Gracious Majesty George the 4th,
first touched Scottish Ground, on 15th August 1822.
Perhaps it's round the back - I didn't think to check.
