Carnation

There's a nice vase of flowers on the windowsill of the ward and I took some pictures of them. I was doing some more walking this morning and the physios took me to their room this afternoon and I walked between 2 parallel bars. Katie is here tonight and typing this. Lorna has also just arrived with some Minstrels (I better keep up the walking so I don't get fat!!)
