Beautiful Brandon Brimstone

Nipped down to Brandon Marsh Nature Reserve, it's in Warwickshire, just outside Coventry, today, to pay our renewal fees for the Wildlife Trust......

£36 per year for a joint membership is pretty good value these days :-)

Went for a short walk around the reserve, which is presently quite quiet - it's just that time of year between migrations....

Still pleased to find several species of butterfly, including this magnificent leaf imitator - the Brimstone, fluttering around with purpose and feeding on the stand of buddleia
