A blinding sunrise

which threw me off balance at 6.30am. I didn't think to put my shades on at that time in the morning. Good job nothing was coming the other way, because I couldn't see a bloody thing. I had to stop the car, for a moment, to regain my vision, so I thought I may as well get a shot of it.

For a split second I thought I was either about to be abducted by aliens and /or meet my maker.

I'm not normally out and about behind the steering wheel at that time of the day but because I'm lovely, I dropped Pete at work this morning as his car was in for a service.

I've been so busy today that it has taken me all this time to get round to uploading this.
