Whaur's yer wheel mister?

It seems that Edinburgh attracts all sorts of weird stuff in the month of August. Take for example this motorcycle. Although for all intense and purposes it appears to be a mode of transport for taking one's self from A to B. Some miscreant of society has decided to remove the rear wheel and replace it with a shopping basket. Why oh Why?
