Twice a year I have my blood pressure checked; the result of a West coast of Scotland diet for too many years. Today's check should have been done in June but I never quite got round to it. Big slap on the back of the hand from Nurse Ratched :-) So not a perfect score but not bad considering we're still full on high season with every room taken tonight. It could be a tad higher by the end of breakfast tomorrow I fear.
