Loch Awe

Day 4 at ecoYoga.

I practised this morning with the group. It's misty and wet but not heavy rain so I walked around the nearby area and took some pictures. Needless to say they do no justice to actual landscape which is stunning.

Today was quite a usual day. Helping the chef in the kitchen, checking and tidying up all the buildings. Cleaning up after meals. The visitors staying here at the moment are an extremely lovely group of people. Everyone is so different and interesting.

Last night I had a sauna, this morning I went into the hot tub after yoga. I can't believe all this is available to me! I'm hoping it's going to really improve my practice (and get me through the wet and cold weather).

I am loving the place and the surroundings to much. There is a lot of work but it's not feeling too much so far. Looking forward to the rest of the Autumn..
