View from the train into Flåm.

Today we had an early start, leaving the hotel to catch the tram to Oslo Central Station to get the 08:05 for Bergen. The train left at precisely 08:05! We then sped through some spectacular countryside, seeing all sorts of interesting places. Our train gradually climbed until we reached Myrdal, where we disembarked. Here we boarded the Flåm railway, where we began our descent into Flåm itself, where we will stay until Thursday. During the journey we saw several beautiful waterfalls, cascading down the hills. This view was taken from the train on the final part of the journey as Flåm came into sight. Over the next couple of days we will explore the area further.
