Mystery

I was driving in the vicinity of this building in Easterhouse Glasgow (near the John Wheatley College) . Decided to stop for a quick picture - as you do when you are a Blipper.

There was no signage on display or any sign of life, apart from the hired van. Not even sure if the place was occupied.

Haven't been able to find anything on it so its still a bit of a mystery. Maybe someone out there knows?
