Small copper
I always feel pleased when I've managed a shot of one of these tiny cute butterflies. They fly so fast and it's only when I've spotted them already resting that I've ever had a chance.
A walk in my favourite woods (Pipe Hall Farm) this afternoon and I saw quite a few different varieties. Speckled woods were in evidence, and so were the little blues.
I wasn't sure what this one was - as it doesn't have the borders of the more obvious varieties and I can't find it in my book
Mystery blue butterfly
Cyd's back. She comes and says hello - and maybe she now understands that I'm not allowed to feed her ?
