The Last Fringe Show of 2013?

Was up in the High Street at the Council offices to renew my parking permit, usual inefficiency was in evidence but thinking calm thoughts and deep breathing helps.
Came out of the door and noticed a crowd in the street which appeared to be a street performer, American he was, along with two whips but what you can’t see is a small boy holding two balloons.
“I’ve done this trick in 47 countries, including Wales, and nobody has been hurt yet!”
His patter was quite funny but I couldn’t stay to see if the trick was successful, not reading in the news of a small boy hurt by whips in the High St I assume it OK.
There’s a great piece of a chap multi tasking in the window in the top left, he is on the phone and painting the window frame, good man.
