Little and large.

This weekend the family gathered and we celebrated with a lovely meal on Saturday evening. Goose was on the menu, and in fact I cooked two! Very hot work may I add! These town pans are the carcass' now in my two stock pots making some awesome stock for use in soups and stews through the coming winter
