We went out for a walk before breakfast. It was a bit of a rush to get to SH in time for tours this morning. But I made it! I did a couple of tours before returning home.

A gentle stroll round the nature reserve. But there was not much happening there. I wanted to try and get a shot of a cyclist with a blurry background. I picked my spot with care but no cyclists came along. We were just about to leave when this chap came down, rather slowly, the hill. I had been hoping for a lycra clad speed merchant.
