Vaguely Marvellous

Bawdswell Extravaganza

Today was the Bawdswell Extravaganza, a bold name for the local village fete. There were lots of vintage cars and a few tractors and some old machines and lots of men of a certain age. This gentleman simply sat in his (beautiful) old car and watched the world go by. We ate doughnuts too close to lunch time and looked at the stalls of stuff we didn't want. It was great.

All too soon I had to leave Norfolk and have spent the rest of the day on the train getting home - dull dull dull. The rest of the family are coming home tomorrow, so it is ever so quiet here. Work tomorrow but then two days off, a last hoorah before the kids go back to school.
