Relaxing in the Sun

Today would've been my sister's wedding day had she not been pregnant! It was a nice sunny day with a bit of wind which would've been great for a wedding. Let's hope next year is just as good or better!
I made dinner for my friend who has just handed in her notice at work as she is moving to Austria at the end of the year. She's been a great friend and neighbour and I will be sad to see her go (she's also my vet which is very handy!). I made Ghanian Chicken and Peanut Stew (on the recommendation of my boss), it was nice but very much like the satay that I make and then I made my first ever Bakewell Tart - including homemade pastry. I was quite proud of myself!
