Station Master

Back to Bo'Ness Steam Railway today with friends for a Saturday afternoon jaunt. This is our friend Charlie, who has been promoted to Station Master (and general dogsbody I think too).

It was good fun and took my mind off the race tomorrow.

Training wise - 11km on the bike, just to check it all worked and then a 10 minute jog. All set for tomorrow now. I think.
