Pepysman

The first day of autumn, "season of mists and mellow fruitfulness". All over Europe the holidays are over, the great return to work has begun and it is the first month since April with an "r" in it. This means that you can eat oysters again, or is it the other way round? Am not too fussed on them myself.

The rowan berries are out and soon the thrushes will be down to help themselves and then it will be another season.
