Leaky Head

Just when I thought it was safe to go to the lavatory....... I noticed a pool of water on the tank room floor.
This place is one of those havens every house should have, a small services tank room including a toilet. Here you can sit in contemplative peace and escape the banging on the door inevitable in rooms that also have washing machines, boots or just ordinary bathrooms, which people will always want to use the same time as you do.
However today I had to get out the tools and become a diy plumber. The cistern to pan ring seal has aged and leaked water. So much for a quiet Sunday.
