Fathers Day Outing

We had a slow start to the day, as we'd had a late night last night at the 40th. The Eldest kept partying until near midnight and then we walked home. I picked up the Youngest this morning from her sleepover party that she'd been at, and the kids there were all looking very jaded.

We ended up going to Miranda Hot Springs today. What a corker of a day it was. The water there is fairly hot, so it was nice having a bit of a wind coming through. Couldn't keep the shoulders under water for long. Amazing how lolling in hot water for the afternoon leaves you feeling all drained and tired.
