Pizza Contest!

After saying good bye to our guests ( judges of the Salon) I set to to make my Pizza.

Not very hard I hear you all say! But to be fair I've never made one before.

The purpose of the Pizza making was a family challenge to produce a Pizza for lunch and then everybody will vote on the favourite!!
I decided on a vegetarian of spinach and feta pesto base sauce then some Edam cheese asparagus spears mushrooms a little chilly sauce for colour and some daubs of sour cream.
It was surprisingly very tasty and mine got the most votes Yeh !! From all the family even though a couple of them were dedicated meat lovers!

It was a fun way to have a family Sunday lunch.
Our next challenge is kebabs! In a few weeks time.
