Pittenweem Harbour
Today, we went to visit a friend who lives in Pittenweem, and after the sun had gone down we went for a walk along the waterfront.
According to Wikipedia, Pittenweem is the most active fishing port in the East Neuk of Fife. Certainly you can see some fishing paraphernalia piled up on the harbour in the right-hand side of the picture, all ready to be used by the boats when they next go out. To the left, the rectangle floating in the air above the end of the harbour holds lights, shining out into the Firth of Forth, to help boats steer safely into the harbour.
