Sleep Dep.
I learnt several things yesterday, but I am only just realising them now.
Some of these things include:
The fact that you can't predict/control the future
Dwelling on things that have happened in the past will not change them
You have to EXPERIENCE everything!
If it's good for you, it probably tastes bad
I will not be alone
Self doubt shouldn't rule your life
Real life is where it's at. You can't live in a fantasy world, disconnected from reality
Sleep is the most important thing in the whole world
School is not forever, and it doesn't make you who you are
Sometimes it takes someone else to tell you all these things, before you realise them but when you do realise it you feel better.
It's easy to write these things, but putting them into practise is alot harder.
But it's all an experience.
I had the best sleep last night I have had in a while, it was great.
The dreams were weird though, and waking up at 4am doesn't agree with me.
but it was nearly 6 hours of full sleep!
